I’m hearing that the BUBBLE may have or is bursting for Ocean City Md Real Estate. While I haven’t seen any real valid statistics, the word on the street from the real estate community is generally that the inventory of for sale properties is increasing and they are starting to stay on the market for a while. Obviously, there has been a tremendous growth of re-sale and new development and the market is beginning or has already displayed signs of an overbuilt condition relative to the number of buyers leading to increased number of properties on the market and those properties staying available for sale for a longer period of time.
