I’m not sure this belongs here, but in reading an article in a recent Newspaper – The Maryland Coast Dispatch, Dec 9, 2005 , it appears to me that the Ocean City MD tourism commision continues to stay in the 1980′s relative to media advertising concepts to promote the Ocean City MD vacation resort. [...] As we enter the year 2006, I am getting some vibes that the BOOM market has begun to flatten. Sources tell me that inventories of On The Market properties are increasing and time to re-sell is getting longer. As we progress into 2006 through the 1st quarter I think we should have a much better [...] The crunch time has come for students from E Europe to find a job sponsor in Ocean City Md, USA and or elsewhere in the USA.
